    Will my account be deleted forever after resetting?


    When I reset my XBox, will my XBox account be deleted forever or can I then sign into it again on a new XBox, also, will it delete my game data from onedrive/cloud as well as from the console?

    I had the same problem, you need to delete the account of your xbox after that u can add the account back.
    Maybe that will also work for you.

    My gamertag "Deariku" was suspended forever and that is my personal name for everything i use, so i was wondering if the account could be deleted or have its named changed so i can make a new account with the same name?

    Hi

    As long as your account is an Xbox Live account then all you will need to do is to sign in with this account again and you should have access to all of your content and games. When you start playing games they will download the game saves from Xbox Live.

    You can cancel the account, not delete it. Just contact Microsoft by using their support phone number or talk to a Microsoft Representative by a Online Chat.

    Wrong....you can cancel the account, but it will not be deleted in the sense you are talking about. Back in 2008, I called to "delete" an account for my mother. MS canceled is, but it is still in the servers. Some 4 years later I can still log into it...it
    has no gamerscore, no acheievements, no friends, no games played, etc., yet it is still around. This is one reason so many people try to use a GT only to discover it has already been taken. Until MS decides to purge GTS that have been cancelled or otherwise
    just not used, your account will be floating around in cyberspace.
