    Hi, I will move to Austria in a couple months. I have an Xbox account and downloaded quiet a view games on my relatives xbox here in the U.S. If I buy an Xbox one in Austria, will I be able to re-download my games and be able to play those?

    account migration failed

    i tried to change my region from germany to austria because i have to move. But it didn't work. Now i can't change again because i get an error message every time.

    Could get funky with the connection but you never know. Good luck finding players, but perhaps in-game it'll be more likely?

    You would need to switch your region back to Germany where the account balance is currently to be able to use it. This will take 3 months to move back, and the another 3 months in order to move back to Austria if that's where you're currently living.

    Thanks, but that didn't help in my case. I tried U.S. and I tried Austria (I am from Austria) - same problem.

    You know that Germany and Austria both use the Euro and Austria ist a bit more expensive ... I would use the USA if I wanted to get the games cheaper.

    You need to reset your console store to Austria. All 3 must match

    You cannot use the UK store living in Austria.

    Changing location from Germany to Austria solved the problem for me, although Microsoft didn't manage to fix it till now.
