Will microsoft fix my robloxplayer?

My Roblox doesn't work whenever I try to join it says "You're moments away from entering the experience" I did everything but still doesn't work.

It seems that is the report because your game crashed. Could you upload these files and check this path in the control panel?

Click View reliability history.





If have this game process click View technical detail.

Hello Tommy, thanks for the reply, I don't know, what you mean, upload this files, and can you make it, so I can understand what you mean by it, I would appreciated, and I also don't have the "View technical detail" tabs or thingy.

Hello Tommy, thank you for responding to my question and I did contact Roblox support and it did not fixes the problem, it took me weeks now, to trying to fix this problem, and I try alot of methods like reinstalling it, restarting my laptop, and even resetting it, and do you know what this Appcrash_RobloxPlayerBeta_ folder with random numbers and letters means?, and also inside all of this folders contain a Report.wer file, and I have alot of this appcrash folders hidden at C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Wer\ReportAchive folder which I don't understand this at the time, and not only that, the more my Robloxplayer fails to open the more of this appcrash folder gets added in to this C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Wer\ReportAchive folder and I have like about 12 of this exact same appcrash folders now, and also the loading screen for starting Roblox is there but after the starting Roblox box disappear, nothings happens and my laptop doesn't even tell me the problem about my Roblox player not opening, and that's where I read a discussion or questions about this folders, and I think I know what some of it means, and in one of the discussion or question, I read something about opening the control panel and click view reliability history item, and after that, click view all problem reports item, and so that's what I did, and there's where I know problem all along, that the reason why my Roblox player won't open is because the status of my Roblox Game Client stopped working and also while looking at the graph in view reliability history item. there a X exclamation mark on the graph and is on the application failures, which I don't understand what's it means and underneath the graph is the reliability details and in there, is my Roblox Game Client, listed Critical event. which I also don't understand it either, and after that, I have to go to View all problems report item, so I can view all the reports, and while reading the discussion or questions, and it said something about while I was reading the discussion or question, when you experience a crash and you see a popup that asks if you want to report this crash to Microsoft, which it didn't, and also I have 14 of this Roblox Game Client report, and while viewing all of my Roblox Game Client reports in the View all report problem item, the Status of all of them is Report sent, and I don't know if it means that the report is sent to Microsoft or I have to manually send it to them, and I think the problem might have something to do with laptop or something? But anyways if you know what any of this folders means and aswell as the critical event and application failure on my control panel. Can you explained it to me?, I would highly appreciated.
