Discus and support Will Microsoft fix my controller in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Pretty much as above.     Where to fix my controller

    Hi, I just brought my xbox one s bundle for 2 months, and the RB button of the controller is already not sensitive. I have to press very hard when i am gaming. I brought this on microsoft website and do not have any microsoft store near my place, so I
    am woundering how and where to fix my controller, and how long it is going to take to fix a controller usually. Thanks!

    Controller becoming unresponsive

    I'm having the same issues, used my Elite controller form my other Xbox and it works fine, just my Xbox One X controller acting up, hope someone or Microsoft has a fix.

    Accessories for the console have a 90 day warranty. To find out if the controller is still covered you should contact phone support to see what they say. If you live in North America dial 1-800-469-9269

    don't download the todays available update

    Oh yeh apparently this update fixed the controller disconnect issues! Pffffft! Updated my console, updated my controller, and guess what? Disconnected twice yesterday for no reason. Real great fixing Microsoft!

    How do I rollback an Xbox One / Series X Controller firmware without a Console / on my PC?

    The 20th anniversary controller is relatively recent so I really doubt it falls under that category. That App is cursed and it has broken my controller with the firmware update. At least Games for Windows Live didn't break controllers. I hope Microsoft Updates it. Until then, is there any way to fix what Microsoft has done to my controller?
