Will Microsoft Accept returns of the 4416 series x controller?

Seeing as the functionality of bluetooth for pc has not worked since the controller was launched, I'm interested if Microsoft will issue any recall, allow any return, or address the situation at all in any official capacity. I have waited for the functionality to be added since I purchased this controller a year ago. So far the controller has worked on no device that it is advertised to work on beside the Xbox one. In my eyes, this should stand to be a serious case of Microsoft boldly lying to consumers in their advertisement.

If it is at all possible I would like to receive a refund for this controller as it has never once provided basic functions it advertised to provide, and there are much cheaper alternatives that will allow the functionality that I require. I think I know how this will play from past experience with microsoft. I'm eager to hear a response. Thank you

Well I would still like to know if there is any plan to improve the functionality of the controller to what it was advertised to be? Really do not appreciate your inflection. I understand that recall was perhaps not the correct term but your response did not to answer my question. Will microsoft recognize that it doesn't work? I know i am not the only one experiencing these issues. All of my personal friends who own the same controller model have the exact problem as i do. All on different pc systems with different bluetooth devices and drivers. Its seems to me that a microsoft controller should work better than their competitors on windows 10 but this is sadly not the case. It does not reflect well on their company. Other companies may ignore their issues, you mention Sony, but that doesn't mean that it is automatically morally or ethically just for all their competitors to follow suit. I hope you can see that I am willing to be reasonable. I would like to be able to expect a reasonable response. Than you again

I don't think you understand what a recall is

Unless fluid is leaking causing fire hazard there wouldn't be a recall

As it would have to be a safety issue and yes that is the only reason a recall is ever issued SAFETY and batteries or extreme heat above 65 which ironically ps5 has been known to reach.

WHY do you think 360 was never recalled I remember people saying there was a recall and demanded fixing past the 3 year extended warranty lol

I donno I been using my series x controllers just fine are you sure it's not aj issue with Bluetooth compatibility

1: It isn't x box it'sxbox and it's not micro soft it's microsoft 2: You can't return a delivered controller the controller has to be bought from a store to return it.
