Can content that has been license transferred through 360 be moved to xbox one?

I have many games on my 360 that I enjoy playing that have been license transferred to me. A few games have recently become backwards compatible that I want to transfer onto my xbox one, but those games have been license transferred. Is there a way that
I can get the games from my 360, that I license transferred, onto my xbox one?

Clearly you have not read the fact that it has been confirmed since the MP reveal that your MP progression will carry over to next gen. So please know what you're talking about before you make smartass comments.

Hi, The games will only show for the account that was used to purchase the games.

License Transferring does what the name says, it transfers the licenses of games to a different console. Transferring 360 games will not work with Xbox One's BC, it will only work with the account that they was purchased with.

Hey xX King Theo Xx, when you purchase an Xbox One, your games will not transfer over from the 360 because the Xbox One is not backwards compatible. Certain games like BF4, or COD Ghosts do allow for multiplayer progress to be carried over between the two
systems.

Sorry but no. That's not true. There is no way to license transfer between the One and 360 because the One is not backwards compatible.

Your achievements will carry over to the One, but the One is not backwards compatible. So any arcade games, etc. that you had for the 360 will not work on the One.

You can't directly transfer anything from the 360 to the One. Anything you purchased on your account that is backwards compatible will show in your Games and Apps area under Ready to Install as long as you sign into the same account that purchased the games.

I understand, but I meant Content Licenses; ONLY for example, say I transferred the licenses from my old 360 to a 360 slim, and then transferred the games as well with a 360 transfer cable; will I need to transfer the Content Licenses as shown by here
before I can re-download them (the content that is backwards compatible at least) onto my xbox one s, or can I just erase my old 360 hard drive and just start "fresh" so to speak
