    I got the Ultimate Game Pass for a month with the Laptop that I got. So if I activate it and get MC Java and make a java account, after it ends will I still be able to play Minecraft Java?

    No. You would either need to renew the subscription or purchase the game in order to continue playing it.

    Did your purchase Minecraft on another console first? If you did then the license will be on that console. You may need to do a license transfer to get it working fully:

    After you have done that, you may be required to delete and re-download the game.

    Delete Minecraft, clear your cache, redownload minecraft. It should work now! If not then I would advise phoning Xbox support.
