Will I still have Game Pass Ultimate after my card gets declined?

Just today, someone used my debit card to purchase an item on Victoria Secret. I called Capital one and they said they will give me a new card and cancel my current one. Problem is my game pass ultimate subscription is currently applied to my current card.
Will I still have Game Pass when my card is declined and before my new one arrives or will it be cancelled and I will have to subscribe to it again?

Unless your subscription is scheduled to renew between now and when you get the new card, nothing will happen. If it does and they are unable to charge you, your account will be suspended until you update your card information or add a different way to
pay.

It now depends what you actually bought and what type of subscription you have.

You say you have the Game Pass Ultimate subscription, but above you said you have bought a 1 year Xbox Live Code.

Since Game Pass Ultimate is more expensive, a "normal" Xbox Live Gold card won't give you the full year for your Game Pass Ultimate subscription.

For a 1 year Xbox Live Gold prepaid card you "only" get 4 months of Game Pass Ultimate.

Currently I have Game Pass Ultimate subscription with recurring billing off and don't want this subscription service once it expires 10/22/22, so do I just activate my prepaid xbox live gold subscription card on 10/23/22, or do I actually have to cancel game pass ultimate subscription for my account on 10/23/22 manually before redeeming and activating my xbox live gold prepaid 12 month card on 10/23/22?

Also, if you select turn off recurring billing on your account for your current game pass ultimate subscription, does that automatically cancel your prepaid game pass ultimate subscription on its expiration date? or is it requirement that you still manually cancel Game Pass Ultimate on or after its prepaid expiration date if you wish to switch back to xbox live gold using a prepaid subscription card?

Do you have Game Pass Ultimate?

Ultimate includes Gold and Game Pass so if you add a standard Gold card while you have Ultimate, it will convert it to 4 months of Ultimate (based on price). To use the full 12 months of only Gold, you would need to add the card after your Ultimate subscription
ends.
