    I purchased the wrong version of Riders Republic and requested a Refund. It was approved but It still says I own the game would I still get my full refund?

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    First, make sure that the status of the order is “refunded”. Once the refund has been approved and already stated as "refunded" on your order history (https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders), it will now depend on your bank on when they will credit back the money but it usually takes 5-7 business days.

    Why is this taking so long do MS not have an SLA timescale for PAYING customers to get their content back?

    I am still happy to have a full refund for all my GFW content its a lot but I think MS can afford to give me a full refund if you cannot fix this!

    I didn't get a full refund

    P.S I did wait 3 days for the refund and I checked with my bank ( Commonwealth Bank AU) and it was from Microsoft Returns.

    Still have not received Alan wake, American nightmare, or quantum break windows codes

    The ONLY reason I bought Quantum Break at full retail price was to get Alan Wake with it, and I still do not have the codes promised in "7-10" days. This is getting ridiculous. If this goes on for another week, I WILL get my refund.
