Will I see party invites from someone I have blocked?

I know messages won't reach me but will I see if they've invited me to a party?

Yes mate you are getting an invite from someone using the beta party chat. I got exactly the same problem because I didn't get an invite for the beta. Stock party chat and beta are incompae! Stupid I know

I think they were in a hurry to get everything going for launch, but that is no excuse, they have lots of workers making lots of $$$.

Party chat: when someone invites me to a party in-game, I have to "Enable Party chat". Why can't it be like before: someone invites me to a party; I except - I'm in...no need to enable party chat...

If he keeps joining when it's an invite only party then someone is inviting him. Just block communications and ignore him.

That's clearly not the question I asked is it, if a person has been blocked they shouldnt be able to invite you to anything yet they still could so why is this able to happen? I received constant invites to games and parties of someone that wasnt on my
friends list and was blocked after the first few I didnt respond for over 10 minutes of the party invite message popping up on my screen

Sorry for the late reply. I was over on Forums.Microsoft.com and had coursework to do.

When you said you had the party on Invite Only. Did anyone in the party Invite them?

If not, try changing your Privicy Settings

You can do this by clicking onto your name at the Top Right corner. Then you will be able to change what people can see and what people can not see on your profile. Including but not limited to, your Activity and what you are doing now.

When you block people, please don't send a message to them otherwise you will unblock them. I have just checked with one of my friends and blocked them. This stoped them from me from getting messages from them. If you have Blocked them but are still getting
messages. Try blocking someone else and see if you still get messages. If you want I will send a message and you can try blocking me. If you can't get the 2nd message that I sent. Then the person you can't block may be hacking.

You can also mute players through their gamercard. This will stop you from hearing them within the party.

I don't even see how that is worthy of a 14 day suspension anyways? Especially when it's just an abbreviation and I'm just defending myself from someone who has a booter trying to pull my IP. The person was clearly harassing me and when I went to block
him he just sent me party invites and messages on other accounts.
