    Will I lose my Microsoft rewards points when Xbox live rewards takes over?


    Hello I was reading that Microsoft rewards points will soon turn into Xbox live rewards? I’ve been using Microsoft rewards for quite some time and have accumulated many points, will I lose them when this new change takes place?!

    What if i already have a microsoft rewards account?

    Wondering what will happen to my existing Microsoft rewards account that I have had over a year now? And on another note because I use both rewards programs I feel like I'm just losing half of my incentives. Will this "merge" allow
    for us to score extra Microsoft rewards points to make up the lose of the Xbox live rewards?

    The Microsoft Rewards pogram is not changing. The Xbox Rewards program is turning into the Microsoft Rewards program. So you would not lose any Microsoft Rewards points.

    If you need further help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page.
