    When do I get my points?

    I pre-ordered Mass Effect nearly a month before it came out and still have not received an upgrade to my star status or my reward points. When will this happen?

    You guys are awesome I can't say I've used xbox for as long as you two but I can say I have been a loyal customer just like you guys. Like Hydro said in recognition of your support to the growth of the Xbox community Microsoft has released awesome programs
    to give back to those users. One of them being games with gold. I wont talk to much about that because Hydro already spoke about it. If that's not enough Microsoft even has a rewards program. Yep you read that right. So get this if you but a new game you'll
    get points. If you play a new game you'll get points. If you buy a movie you'll get points. If you participate in any survey you get points. OHHH my, you can get so many points. Awesome, so what's the POINT of all these points. heheh they turn into REAL money
    on your xbox live account. So you can get money for playing a game referring a friend. Ohh yeah. That's just like the coolest thing ever. So I know this program is something you'd like to be a part of. Or maybe you already are and just don't know it. will i keep my reward points if i opt out? if i do when do get them :DDDD

    If I opt-out of Xbox Live Rewards, what happens to my existing Rewards Credits?



    Once you opt-out, you will immediately stop earning Xbox Live Rewards Credits. Xbox Live Rewards members who choose to opt-out of the program rather than make the transition to Microsoft Rewards will not forfeit any pending Xbox Live Rewards Credits
    in their account. Instead, your remaining Rewards Credits and MyVIP Gems balance will be deposited into your Microsoft account in the form of your local currency. You will then have one (1) year to spend that currency on digital items from the Microsoft Store
    or any other successor store.


    If we are unable to make this final deposit to your Microsoft account for some reason and you have opted-out of the program, we will follow up with you directly to fulfill your undeposited credits. You can also reach out to us on our support
    forum    .





    The credits would be deposited after the transition takes place.

    No. You would get them in June after the program transitions to the Microsoft Rewards program.

    If you opt out of the program, you will receive your Credits after your region is fully transitioned to the Microsoft Rewards program. They will be listed similarly as other Xbox Live Rewards deposits on your commerce page (Sign in to your Microsoft account),
    as a refund with a negative amount.
