    Jigsaw keeps telling me this in-app purchase item is no longer available... I had over 40,000 gold points. Will I be able to get these back?

    From the FAQ for that offer:

    How do I earn Rewards with the Games on Demand Pre-Order Punchcard?

    Earn 15,000 Rewards Credits when you pre-order three eligible (see descriptor in next question) Games on Demand titles in the Xbox Store between April 1, 2017 00:00 UTC and June 30, 2017 23:59 UTC. Please visit http://www.worldtimeserver.com or
    another world time database to determine local time.

    Since you only pre-ordered one title, you have not yet completed the offer.

    I am going to assume that you're asking about the points from the 'Summer of Arcade' promotion. Correct me if I'm wrong.

    Since that is not an Xbox Rewards offer, Rewards support will not be able to assist. If you haven't redeemed the code on your account, then you would need to contact customer support for the Microsoft Rewards program via their redemption page. If you've
    already redeemed the code on your account, you would need to contact Xbox support and speak to billing, but once a card is added to your account it generally cannot be removed.
    Actually stop lying, I can redeem a $5 gift card and yes I used the code.... Now Keep Reading. Once i did that I noticed there was a offer on my xbox dashboard which was $5 for xbox live. That was why I even redeemed my points in the first place. Expecting
    to get xbox live for a cheaper price. If you could get the $5 removed from the account so I can get my points back. Hopefully then I will just spend my points on the xbox live.

    You can try calling support, but everything in the marketplace does say that there are no refunds. So there is no guarantee you can get them back.
