    After a year it is unlikely but there is no time limit on these things, if you've modded at any point you risk an account ban. If you are really worried then a new account and a completely fresh start would be the best choice.

    The enforcement team will only issue a suspension if they have determined you have done something to violate the code of conduct. As long as you haven't done anything, you will be fine. Your friend could be banned for filing false complaints.

    Modding is against Xbox Code of Conduct/Terms of Use. You risk being banned for being in a lobby where someone is modding a game.

    1. If you immediately leave the game, then no you won't get banned.

    2. Yes you can get banned for using a rapid fire controller.

    If you are using a proper xbox 360 HDD, which comes in either 250 GB or 320 GB, then no, you are fine. The 4 GB is just a starter unit with a port behind the panel on the right end for one of those HDs.

    If you take an older model 360s HD, and modify it to fit, that is illegal.

    If you take a non official xbox/MS HD, even if it's shaped right, it may not be illegal, but it's not recommended and MS is not liable for any problems caused by it's use.

    In my opinion, this does not sound like a ban. It sounds like an error or a glitch in either 343i' servers or something else related. However, I cannot be for sure. So I will give you this advice... check Halo related forums including HaloWaypoint to see
    if anything has happened like this and if anything can be done. As long as you have not violated the Code of Conduct for Xbox Live, you will not be banned. Also, remember that many multiplayer games have their own Codes of Conduct as well as moderators and
    tech support.
