    Will I get banned/suspended from Xbox live


    so I was playing with my friend on minecraft and one of his friends joined. He joined the party and game and he just killed all of us and he didn't stop when we told him to. So my friend puts him in survival and we gave him a taste of his own medicine. Then
    he said " my dad works for Microsoft and I'm going to report you too." I highly doubt his dad works for Microsoft but he could report us. I said "what are you going to report us for" and he says "I'm not going to tell you because you will report me for that
    to." So he reported us and left the party. What should I do should I contact Microsoft or just let it go.

    Can not recover gametag

    The Xbox live profile may be suspended/banned from xbox live making it unrecoverable until the suspension, if suspended, ends. If its banned, you cannot recover it once deleted.

    I call bull on that. All that the screenshot shows is that the person has been suspended from LIVE and therefore cannot use Skype, not that they were suspended from Skype. As far as being suspended for cussing in vids uploaded to the Upload Studio, that
    is against the ToS and CoC.

    Unless you've done something to violate the code of conduct/terms of use, you have nothing to worry about.

    player in lobby has been banned from playing matchmaking on xbox live

    that page goes to bans from xbox live " My LIVE account was suspended"

    It's neither a ban from nor a connecting to live problem but it is a LIVE problem and the bans page requyires a mod to view the post before I get any help/advice

    yes I am sure, the program called Horizon is unauthorised software and can get you suspended or banned from Xbox Live for using it.

    Very unlikely will you get suspended.

    You could get some kind of in game ban from the developers,but you certainly would not get banned from xbox live for playing a genuine copy of the game a couple of days early.
