    Will I get a permanent ban?


    I've been suspended 3 times in communication so far, 2 times in 2016 and once in 2017. I was wondering if I get suspended again will it be a permanent ban.

    For information about your ban and to submit a case review, you would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com Keep in mind that it does take time for investigations to happen, so your ban could be for something
    that happened weeks or months ago.

    Purchasing or selling accounts can get you permanently banned.
    Signing in to accounts that are not yours can get you permanently banned.
    Sharing sign in information for accounts can get you permanently banned.

    How many suspensions until a permaban?

    There's no set number of suspensions that will lead to a permanent ban. You can get a permanent ban without having any prior suspensions. Or you can get 5 suspensions and then get a permanent ban.

    They recently updated/moved the enforcement site and I think it's had some issues. It doesn't necessarily mean your enforcement history is clean.

    Most likely you're not permanently banned, only suspended. Everyone is being told they have a permanent ban, but it's not true. So you'll get access to the games once your suspension ends. However, if it is in fact a permanent ban, you forfeit everything on an account once it is banned so you would not get a refund.

    I wouldn't get banned again for the same thing as the next time it will probably be permanent. The progression is usually a day, a week, 2 weeks and then permanently banned. Keeping this up will not be in your best interest.
