will I ever get gold to work on my xbox one?

Been waiting since September 9th and now its a week later and still no joy

Saints Row 4 Games With Gold

When. ever i try to get saints row 4 of games with gold for my xbox one it wont let me i recently sold my 360 why doesnt it work?

Can you tell us what the exact message you're seeing? What kind of block are you seeing on your account?

The best course of action would probably be to use the
Contact Us page to set up a support call with an account specialist. They'll be able to go through your account with you and check for any blocks.

phoned to sort this as I was stuck in a loop trying to saving my banking details , was told to wait 24 hours which I did . Phoned again and was told to create new profile(s) to try and sign in with and register bank details to , was told to wait another
72 which I did , still nothing . phoned again for update and told to buy a voucher for top up of xbox live gold so bought a 3 month one and doesn't work , so phoned again to be given a complementary 1 month gold voucher to get me up and running and guess what
doesn't work . Been told now to keep checking status online as Microsoft having issues with gold and online puchases . However online xbox says that service is fine . So whos not telling trueth ?
