I was on fifa 14, some asked for a wager, i accepted and we played, he then accepted my offer even though i beat him 3-2, if he file complaints me will i become banned..?

ps reporting only works if a bunch of people file complaints. If you have ever heard of the youtuber Minnesota Burns he gets banned constantly on xbox because many people file complaints on him

My IP is being flooded preventing my live and threatened to do it again....I know who it is.

File a complaint on him for systems tampering. He'll be banned until 12/31/9999, he indeed has a modded avatar.

In the future, file a complaint on the console. Don't name gamertags here, it's against forum rules. File the complaint, and let the XBLPET deal with it.

It was probably just because it got a complaint filed on it for some reason. every complaint that is filed is reviewed by an xbox agent that specializes in things like handling complaints. there were either a bunch of people that found it offensive or the
xbox agent saw the naked part in the name and thought it was inappropriate so he banned it. Nothing big if I recall correctly. I think all you need to do is change the gamertag which I believe you can do for free when its banned for complaints. If you want

Rep has nothing to do with being banned or whatever, it's just like an opinion of the player, no one really bothers with it these days anyways. If he was to file a complaint though, he could be banned or suspended from XBL for a while. But I don't think
he'll be facing that at all, so I wouldn't worry.

Do everything the above people have said. You can also file a complaint on the user and your best option is to have your son mute and block him so he doesn't have to deal with him again.
