Will I be able to use my Xbox one in Chile? I bought it in the US.

I am moving to Chile in the next couple of months. Will I be able to use my Xbox one in Chile? I bought it in the US. I am thinking of power input and TV system differences between the ones used in the US and the ones used in chile. Thanks!

This is a good question. What a joke it would be if you bought a US Xbox One and couldn't play in Canada.

As listed on our official page of
Xbox Live countries, Chile doesn't currently have Xbox Live on the Xbox One console. The console itself should work, as well as your games, but you might not be able to connect up to Live there. Just wanted to give you a heads up on this side of things.

TV wise you are fine ! well if it has a HDMI you should be ok.

Power wise you may need power converter if the X1 is not unerversal power adapter that will support both power modes e.g 220v/240v @ 60/50Hz etc but you can normally buy a converter for that.

Xlive will be your big issue but a little google will help you on that issue

Thanks for reaching out to us. First of all, congratulations on your upcoming move to beautiful Kenya! You should not have an issue playing your Xbox console in Kenya once you determine the voltage difference. You can definitely purchase a different power
supply for your console for that region if needed; however, Kenya is still not part of the countries/region where the Xbox Live service is supported. For a full list of the countries/regions that Xbox Live is supported,
