Will digital games be refundable one day?

Hello,

I recently bought Assassin's Creed Origins and I realized that it isn't my type of game at all. I went to my games hub to see if I could be refunded, but unfortunately I can't.

Then I went to Xbox digital games FAQ and read that digital games reimbursement is not possible.

I am extremely disappointed by the fact that an entreprise as big as Microsoft doesn't enable its users to be refunded when they're not satisfied by their purchases, particulary when those purchases are really expensive (70€).

Although I can't do anything about it - and I assume it -, I need to ask you guys at Microsoft : will digital games be refundable one day? If so, when will they be?

Keep in mind that they may not refund the game. Typically, digital content is a non-refundable purchase.

If you're trying to get a refund or a replacement, that's not possible. All digital purchases are non-refundable. Sorry about that.

they already are only if you dont play them more than 2 hours you need to access your purchase history in your microsoft account.

The refund on digital games is only possible if you do not exceed 2 hours of play and the purchase does not exceed a few days. If you spend 40 hours playing, obviously you can not ask for a refund ...

To request a refund just follow these instructions:

- Sign in to your Microsoft Account

- Select Payment & billing->Order history

- Select the game you want to be refunded and chose "Request a refund"
