  1. Will buying these items allow me to qualify for the Simply Rewarding mission?

Hey there - was told to head over here and make a post to get an answer to this question; here's hoping I landed in the correct place!

So, I received the email about the Simply Rewarding deal, where it said I had to spend $60+ in the Xbox store online to reap the 6k point rewards, which I am all too eager to get done!

I learned some moments ago that this $60 spending minimum is actually $80 for me (as a resident of Canada), and so I was hoping to go ahead and pre-order Mass Effect Andromeda, which is being sold for $79.99.

Of course, from what I gather, this puts me one-freaking-penny away from the $80 spending minimum (Damn you, Microsoft, for knowing what you're doing! Ah, but I can never stay angry at you...). Anyways, so if this is the case and I'm put behind by only a
penny, I figured I would spend, perhaps, $5 or $10 on ESO Crowns (in-game currency for the Elder Scrolls Online - which, at one point at least, had been available for purchase through the Xbox Store -- here's hoping one is still able to purchase this through
there, if I've not hit the spending minimum by pre-ordering ME:A.)

Anyways, so I'm hoping someone on here might be able to answer my questions here and let me know:

    1) If a Mass Effect: Andromeda pre-order qualifies towards the Simply Rewarding mission (the game is released on March 21st, so it will be charged to my card within the month of March).

    2) If it DOES qualify, will it meet the spending minimum? Is the one cent difference actually going to prevent me from getting the rewards? (I've a feeling that it will, but I figured I'd ask anyway, just in case.)

    3) If ME:A DOES qualify, but does NOT meet the spending minimum, will buying ESO Crowns also quality towards the spending minimum?

    4) If neither of these qualify, what in the **** DOES?

Cheers to all who are able to help me out here.~

    :)

Simply Rewarding - do Fifa Pts qualify

Will buying these items allow me to qualify for the Simply Rewarding mission? [IMG]

any one know if all consumables and in game content counts. I spent £28.79 on Fifa Pts on march first and want to know if I only need to spend £8 to get the 6000pts

Contacted Microsoft via twitter and instead of helping me they directed me to ask on the forums.

Strange approach to have users advise each other on what exactly is covered in an offer. You would think MS would be able to just say yes or no when asked directly. "Do Fifa Pts bought from marketplace count?"

Simply Rewarding - do Fifa Pts qualify

Per the terms you posted, yes they do. You'll want to post in the support section of the forum in order for support to check on your credits if needed.

The FAQ for that offer specifically says in-game consumables do qualify so you would want to be sure to purchase them through the store and NOT through the game itself (just in case). Based on the verbiage used in the promotion it does not
say the $60USD ($80CAD) has to be with "1" purchase, it just says "You must spend at least $60 before tax on any content from the Xbox Store and Microsoft Movies & TV during the offer period. "

HOWEVER, it's worth noting that Mass Effect: Andromeda currently qualifies for the Games on Demand offer. Per the terms of the entire program content only qualifies for ONE promotion at a time and you cannot "double dip" (unless specifically stated). Therefore,
if you purchase ME:A before March 21st (launch) then it will go toward the Games on Demand promotion which requires pre-ordering 3 eligible titles. If you want ME:A to count then you will want to wait until March 21st to make the purchase
+ ESO crowns through Xbox Store.

    Hello Ghostface7718,

You've landed in the right place! Your pre-order of Mass Effect will go toward this offer, as long as this purchase is made after opting-in to the offer. However, as you note, this will place you .01 beneath the requirement. This means that our system will
not automatically complete this offer, since it requires a full 80 CAD in spending.

However, if you also make a purchase of ESO Crowns, this will also go towards the offer, and bring you over the 80 CAD requirement, no problem (in-game consumables are eligible for this offer)!

As Murphs says, your pre-order purchase will also go towards the Games on Demand offer, and award one punch. However, there is no need to worry about any overlap; the Simply Rewarding offer allows for "double dipping" and will also record your purchase as
    progress.

Simply rewarding - have I qualified?

    Hello Nitro Nisbet,

Game consumables are eligible for this offer, as well as add-ons. Keep in mind that it takes us up to 96 hours to process new activity, so we still require additional time to process your March 5th purchase made after opting in on March 4th. If you do not
see any progress on this offer in the next few days, let us know with a new post and we can investigate!

    On the Hunt Clarication

    Hello Crimson Bishop,

    From the FAQ:

    Featured Monthly Missions

This includes our featured monthly offer on the site (past examples include Xbox University and XOXO Rewards; these offers usually feature separate Rewards Credits amounts for buying select content, avatar items, and completing achievements, plus an extra bonus
for completing all of the steps).

FREEdom Rewards is not a featured monthly mission.
