Will an Xbox One X brought in India will gonna work in USA, And can I still keep all my digitaly purchased games and will this gonna effect my games or anything?

You may need a different power adapter for the wall outlets and you may have to set the location of the console to be in the USA for the duration of being here/using it here.

Many countries other than the us use different types of wall sockets which means you may need a different power adapter
