Will an Xbox bought in Germany work in the UK?

Being a university student in England, I'm very strapped for cash. I was wanting to buy an Xbox One at the cheapest possible price.

I found an Xbox One on the German Amazon store for about £220/319 Euros, almost £100 cheaper than the UK Amazon Store.

I was wondering if I'd be able to play this Xbox exactly like one bought from the UK - play UK games, download UK items, watch UK TV etc..

Help is appreciated, thanks!

Sounds like you bought the wrong version of the dlc, if you bought the [us] dlc it should work, but if you bought the one from Germany it won't work with your console, you should probably try and set your console region to Germany or buy a German console.

Can't redeem 25 digital code

I'm from Croatia, I bought xbox 360 in Germany and my account and console are on Germany region. Before christmas I got batman: arkham collection, 2 games on 25 digital code and 1 on disc. 1 code doesnt' work and I can't redeem it over web or xbox. Game
is bought in Croatia.

Yes, It will.

You will need to make sure it is set for your Locale when you get it though. Check

You would also need to buy the correct power brick in order to be able to use it in the U.K.

To be honest,when you take into account the cost of a power brick & shipping a console from Germany your not saving any money really.

Yes.Physical copies of games are region free but Germany is PAL anyway.

The console will be exactly the same as one bought in the U.K. apart from the power brick,you would need a U.K. power brick as the voltage is different as is the type of plug.

thanks for the E-mail. I really appreciate it but I think you understand it wrong. I am living in Germany, My Xbox is registrated in the UK. I want to buy MSP from a Gamestop from Germany and redeem it into the account which is also registrated in UK, wouldn't
that work? So MSP is bought in Germany and I am going to redeem it in the UK account. So any problems, you would say?
