will a new xbox get banned?

so iv had my xbox one since day one and i just got my 7th chat ban thats fine all of them are correct but this time i got a 30 day chat ban and a 7 day online ban for my xbox one not my account its not listed with my older enforments and was just in my
email . agian thats fine but in the email it said thier next steps would be a console ban im getting a xbox x on on the 7th and im worried that if i get one more chat ban in the next 2 years my £450 xbox will be bricked what im asking is when i transfer my
account to my new xbox x it shouldnt be at risk right wouldnt it be freash and have no past enforcements on it? if i get a chat ban on my new one itshould be fine right?

No one here can give you an 100% answer. But if you do continue to receive account bans, they can ban your console, whether it's a new one or an old one.

iv gone the safe way and made a new account ready for the xbox x with an email not linked to my account that one should be safe to use right as it has a clean recorded i would have to get more then one enforcment before a warrning right

The enforcement team doesn't give warnings. Your warning is the code of conduct/terms of service you agreed to when you sign up. You can also receive a permanent ban without receiving any other enforcement actions beforehand. It just depends on the severity
of the situation.

they did tho in the email detailing my consels 30 day chat ban it said next action would be a consel ban you cant get any closer to a warrning then that. but like i asked tho a new account on my new xbox x shouldt get anything but chat ban if i get an enforcment
in the future right as it would be a first offence and not tied to my old accounts past enforcments

Your new account should most certainly not receive any ban unless the following actions which led to you being banned in the first place happen to occur, in that case your new account will definitely get banned. Be vary of that otherwise you are good to
