    Game saves are stored on the cloud so you should be ok...

    If you have a console connected to the Internet. So your save files back up to the cloud. So you put the console into the factory settings and then reinstall the game so the save files will synchronize with the game and you will be able to continue where
    you left off. But you must have a console connected to the Internet.

    Well, a hard reset won't affect your games at all. A factory reset, on the other hand, deletes everything.

    The thing is i cant reach the store due to a error code called "0x00000193". Which wont allow me or my brother to use the store (he has a different xbox) does it have anything to do with my ip adress or internet?
