Wild hearts not loading past title screen

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

I have here steps that we can try, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

If that didn't work and this is the only game that you're having an issue with please uninstall and reinstall the game.

I'm having this exact same problem right now. I've tried Valiant Hearts and Guacamelee, neither will boot past the title screen. If I go into "Manage Game" the saved data section just constantly loads without showing any information. This is incredibly frustrating.
I, literally, can't play anything right now.

Per the "Known Issues" page for build 14946 on the
Windows Insider Blog, this behavior is expected. ReCore is not supported in the build.

I was almost ready to buy the game, but wanted to give it a quick spin before I committed. Insider preview is "beta", but this left a bad taste in my mouth. Especially since the game loads far enough that it activated the 30-minute trial which has long
since expired.

The time and frustration, in this case, have far exceeded the $40 cost of the game. I may yet buy it when the Devs for the Windows Store figure out how to make large apps work again. Maybe. I could try making another Microsoft Account to demo the game,
if that's a thing. Seems like just more work, though.

Online is pretty broken for me. Enjoying offline so far. After spending hours getting the game to load up past title screen.

I have the same issue and having had a similar issue in the past have a possible solution.

The issue is that the version that we could see in the store and indeed purchased on pre-order is not the version that is now available in the store.

The nearest I can tell we all purchased a version that had the pre-order bonus included, they then made this version unavailable on release and made a new version available without the pre-order content as such the addons we have do not show as valid to the games records including the addon for the deluxe edition.
