Wild hearts. No addons

Hello community. I bought wild hearts karakuri preorder early last week. But, I can not access the addons. I get error code 4, you do not own any addons for this game. But, I do own them they’re just not appearing. I check at the blacksmith. I’ve power cycled my Xbox series S, power cycled my modem. My nat type is open. I’ve installed and re installed the game 3x now. I made sure my ea account is linked. I even force sync the game to my account. I’m just wondering if anyone else is have this issue and how the fixed it?

I have the same issue and having had a similar issue in the past have a possible solution.

The issue is that the version that we could see in the store and indeed purchased on pre-order is not the version that is now available in the store.

The nearest I can tell we all purchased a version that had the pre-order bonus included, they then made this version unavailable on release and made a new version available without the pre-order content as such the addons we have do not show as valid to the games records including the addon for the deluxe edition.

Hi Nunya! Sorry to hear about what happened. Let’s do our best to sort this out.

We will have to check if there are missing contents needed to be installed.

In My games & apps, highlight a game (but don't select it).
Press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game and add-ons.
Select the game in the upper-right corner of the screen.
Choose Manage installation on [drive name]. This displays a list of items, including the base game and any available add-ons or game features.

Note Items listed under “More add-ons” can't be installed. Instead, they are owned items that automatically become accessible when in-game as described below.

Select the tick-box for each item that you want to install or select all.
Select Save changes.

It should start installing them all. Once done, restart your console and try to access the game.

Dragon quest, kingdom hearts 1.5+2.5 remix, kingdom hearts 2.8, kingdom hearts III, Valkyria Revolution, and Ghost Recon Wild lands. I have the Xbox set as my home consol and did a consol reset just in case.

The Arch-Mage quarters also offer a lot of ingredients too so for a lot of the more common one, you dont need to find them out in the wilds.

They do respwan too but it takes quite a few in game days.

But some like Briar hearts, Daedra hearts and Human hearts (as mentioned above), to name a few, are not available there...
