    Wifi slowness on latest Alpha OS


    Hey, Is anybody experiencing WiFi traffic shape not able to bypass close to 40Mbps download? On last 2 releases I’m unable to pass it (maybe Xbox QoS issue). I’m on 5GHz net, 300Mbps download on Xbox One X. Never experienced this before, net is tested, all other devices can bypass this magical number. Before I will leave Alpha ring to test official build, can you share if I’m only one or this is bug in Alpha OS?

    Is your console enrolled in a Insider preview? If so, download the latest OS update.

    Erm..........................am I missing something here?

    Your saying that the latest version of the Xbox OS has bricked your external HDD?

    HOW?

    How could that possibly happen?

    Nothing about the system OS goes onto the external HDD, so why would it brick it?

    Also I've been in the Insider program for a couple of years (think I'm an Alpha Insider) and nothing on my system has been bricked and like I said I'm an Alpha Insider so I get really dodgy OS's.

    wait... so my current os version (latest alpha ring release) caused major issues with my router causing it to reset every time it goes online... it then crashed the router during an update... After several offline resets etc... the console still on same
    os bersion... I'm stuck with this os till it goes live even if I remove myself from the program? That's not great... Will Microsoft refund my xbox live sub since I can't utilise it due to their update? Doubt it... meh... cause whenever I restore it's still
    the alpha build not public release?
