Hey, title states my problem, My xbox one is blocked from connecting to the wifi, but my phone is connected to my router What im trying to do is to Some how use my phone to get internet from my wifi, make a it a hotspot so my xbox can tale the wifi my
phone gets from the router Making my phone the middle man Any help appreciate, thanks!

Can't get smartglass to connect

I have the same problem with my w8 phone and new cheap laptop I bought to use the smartglass app for bf4. neither will connect, both on same router( my phone uses the wifi on it) and I cant connect. both were able to connect on my 360

xbox one live hotel network WiFi connection

Hi all..after connecting my xbox one to the internet with my hotel network through using the MAC address of my phone, i cannot connect to the wifi via my phone anymore. Any way to bypass this and get wifi access on my phone again instead?

What do you mean your Wifi settings "block" your Xbox One? Are you trying to use a public Wi-Fi point like a university or something? If this is not your network, you must ask the system administrator to assist you. Even then, if the sysadmin blocked all
ports related to Xbox Live, they would want a really good reason to make an exception for your case.

There are various (convoluted) ways or achieving this complicated setup, but the configuration steps lies far outside the scope at which this forum can cover.

Do you get any errors when you try connecting your xbox one to your wifi if so what are they? Make sure your console is actually seeing your wireless network (SSID). Give us a little more information about your network configuration and issue(s),

Hi, I'm new to this, but have you tried when on different wifi's or on your mobile data network? I ask because when I'm at work on my company's WiFi I get this error (I assume because connectivity is blocked to the Xbox music service so when my phone tries
to connect it can't & throws the error) but as soon as I'm not on the company WiFi, no more errors & I can listen to music again. Hope that helps

On my Windows7 Network and Sharing Center already set Home network, but zune still don`t connect to phone by wifi. Firewall disabled, home network set, wifi is working, zune shows up correct wifi ssid connected, but when i try to connect my phone Error

So i had my PS4 and Xbox One x set up vertically next to each other on their respective stands and my xbox one would not connect to any wifi, while every other device in my house did and could. Your post made me move my ps4 across my desk so its not next
to it. Miraculously, my xbox one x connected to wifi. My ps4 was blocking the xbox one from connecting despite the fact the ps4 wasnt even turned on. Any explanation as to why this is the case would be much appreciated?
