Wifi problems with xbox series S

The problem has started this week my console is a series S and it's works on my neighbors 5G wifi

I should not have to do this so often again, my trusty Xbox one stays connected/logged into my wifi all the time every time. It’s the Xbox series s that’s the problem. I literally tested them side by side and guess which Xbox had no trouble signing into my wifi

And it still lags but my wifi works with other devices including a different xbox series s

I have the same issue.

Controller and headset both disconnect or have some sort interference. Never had a problem on my Xbox One or Series S. But the problem is persistent on Series X.

Have tried all sorts of things like disabling all wifi and getting a new router. Nothing helps.

Hello Andretti317, I don't think it's something on your Xbox's wi-fi network card, the first test to do would be to try connecting it to some other network to see if it connects normally.

When your home network most modems/router sit with the frequency of channels in automatic, first make sure you have both active frequencies, 2.4 and 5.0Ghz, then each frequency has channels that come in automatic but can be manually placed depending on the access you have to the device.
