Interesting! Does it only not sign you in when you're connected to your phone data instead of wifi? For example, when you're connected to wifi it signs in, but when you have wifi off or not connected, it won't sign you in

On my phone it doesn't matter if I'm on wifi or not. Tapping on sign on crashes the app. My tablet only has wifi. And no issues with the app there.

Unplug your router/modem for 2 to 3 minute then plug it back up and let it restart.

That won't work. That'll reset the connection, but not the actual wifi on the console. If the console has some sort of problem where the wifi hardware is in an unstable state it won't do anything to help.

We suggest a reset of the console since the problem might be on the actual OS of the console so we would suggest a

Soft Factory Reset (while keeping games and apps) IF AND ONLY IF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA IS MET:

• There is a stable network connection.
• The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)

Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup lets do manual setup. Give it a shot and let us know of any changes!
