Wifi problem after updating (preview)

I've gone from 15Mbps to 1Mbps and a ping 200ms to 500ms.

If I connect ethernet (wire) , the connection seems to be back normally
but the NAT is crazy, Open and sometimes strict. I think this situation is produced by the BETA.

I have restored the xbox ONE to factory mode but the problem still persists.

I can't access the forum for the BETA group because it shows me "Group Not Found: The requested Group cannot be found." and I dont understand anything.
I need help or an answer please.

Help . Installation Stopped . This is a major problem for people

So I had the same problem with my games not updating or fully downloading, so I used someone else's wifi and the rest of my games finished downloading and updating.

 

Xbox turns its self on randomly in the middle of the night

I've also hand this problem for the last few weeks, though I put it down to Preview updates booting up the console after updating. As the timing seemed to coincide...

Thanks for your patience while we investigated this issue. The dev team has identified the problem and is testing a fix. In the meantime they have identified a workaround that can be used until the fix is rolled out.

1. Go into Settings, Preferences.

2. Toggle the setting for "Allow Play To streaming" under System & App.

This should mitigate the slow wireless performance you are experiencing. Please note that you will need to perform this workaround any time the console comes out of a full reboot (booting from Power Saving Mode), but not when the console comes out of standby
(consoles configured for Instant On mode)

I have this box ticked and its still coming up with an ms of 500+

 

It says toggle. You have to toggle this setting after each start of your xbox One. Or go wired until it's fixed.

 

ive had this same problem was on call with microsoft and my ISP and nothing they did fixed it, but the microsoft employee did say that they know about the issue and are working on a patch to fix it. but yeah its impossible to do anything with this stupid
Cliche, and the allow play to streaming dosent work for everyone, i tried it multiple times while i was on call to microsoft and it did nothing.

 

There is a new version of the preview released which may fix the problem.

To download it off not in instant on go to settings / system and download it there!

 

well i hope it fixes it because its gonna take like 3 hours to download at a 0.3 download speed xD

 

well Bobmcfly it made my connection a lot better im now at 3up and 13 down, not back to my full speed but makes the game playable thanks for tip

 

I find the new update (256MB), I hope it fix problem because the one at this time is practically unusable

 

the problem has been partly solved with the new update, but now with the ehernet wire doesn't allow put any static IP and show 0.0.0.0 . Also still get the 15Mbps that came before update.

We continue to await final update or another solution.

Just to sort this out: this problem affects the preview program and should be discussed there.

Are all of you unable to access the preview forums? Please let me know if so, so I may report your gamertags in the proper thread in the preview program registration area, so you may get access there.

 

My son who is wireless had this exact same issue. I almost bought a new router.

Instead we figured it might be related to the preview update. We unsubscribed him and there was another update immediately (I don't know if it was hanging out there, or if it was a response to unsubscribing) . . It was 200 or so megabytes, and it would
not download--it would start, but it failed once, and when it was working it looked like it was going to take all night. I moved his console to the router, wired it, installed the update, and the wireless problems were fixed.

Before the fix he was getting 500ms latency and painfully slow download and upload on the detailed network statistics (like, 1Mbps down, less than that up, if that) . . now he's back to normal with 30 or so down and 4 up, with 100ms latency.

I didn't have this issue with my xbox as I'm wired all the time--but I nonetheless unsubscribed as well. Don't need these kinds of headaches. That's a good three to four hours burned. Bless the rest of you for taking one for the team, I think we've done
enough.
