    Wifi password won't save


    Hi, my brother just got a new Xbox One S, every time he turns it back on, regardless of whether it is in powers save mode or not it forgets the password for his wifi... Any ideas on what we can try? Have done a power cycle (push and hold power button) maybe
    something that needs a factory reset perhaps?

    I have taken my console to a friends and I cannot connect online

    I have found the correct wifi and entered the right password. I get to to loading page where it shows Xbox . . . Wifi . . . Xbox live, and it won't connect to wifi. Pls help me

    Saving wifi passwords

    The Xbox One automatically saves the Wi-Fi password of the access point it's currently connected to.

    If you mean saving the passwords of multiple access points, for example like bringing your Xbox back and forth to a friend's house, then it doesn't do that (as far as I've checked).
