Wifi not showing any nearby devices

My xboxS series is acting up, i searched on the community but all failed, i tried soft resert and hard reset, then i came across to going to advance network and clearing the mac address but the machine doesn't turn off. Then i redid the steps the steps soft reset and hard reset but the problem is still happening. Can my wifi card on the console be Damaged or is it a system issue.

I tried all the steps on the community nothing works.

The only thing that connects me to the internet is an ethernet cable, honestly i dont own one i had to borrow one. Please help

I'm not certain but for example on any other device that you attempt to connect to wifi it will show:

my wifi
my wifi 5GHz

As in all other devices show both connections separately.
