I need help on how to get my Wifi back onto my Xbox one.. I have tried everything to reconnect it but nothing seems to work..

what else can I do

XBOX One Wifi disconnected when "starting"

So this has been happening for ~6 months.

XBOX turned off (not hard boot)

Next day, turn on XBOX and I'm disconnected from my network.

Got to Settings/Network, and have lost my wifi settings.

Have to restart wireless and reconnect.

Most times after doing this, my Wifi settings are lost and I have to completely reset my network settings (Wifi Network and Password.)

After doing this, works perfectly, until the next day when I have to go through the above steps again.

Hard Booting the machine has no impact.

Is there some sort of update that I'm missing?

Lost game progress

I've been having issues with my Internet connection lately. The WiFi has been disconnecting quite often. That has happened long after having completed all the Jigsaw Jam puzzles. Now for some reason, all that progress has been lost.

Well, the xbox one uses WiFi direct to connect while the Xbox 360 uses other technology.

In short, the design of the Xbox One and the WiFi hardware card on the console has been problematic for many as far as controller connection. My response is, do what works best and maybe consider re-arranging the room and rooms adjacent so that any WiFi
interference is eliminated entirely. Also consider plugging in the xbox one vs. using a WiFi internet connection.

More then likely the email you thought was associated with the original account was not the one that you used.

What you can do is contact xbox support by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us and give them the gamertag for the old account and if they can verify ownership of the account they would be able to give the correct email thats associated with your original
account.
