    My wife can’t access Xbox live with my account as her home xbox and I have gamepass ultimate and it has worked up until today. Does anyone know why it’s not sharing my xbox gold with her

    It is perfectly safe to post up the information i asked from you. A simple Yes or No will do on my first question regarding PPPoE connection or if you were referring to your router's web configuration page.
