Wieso wurden mir 59.99euro abgebucht für ein spiel das für gold membet konstenlos sein...

Hallo zusammen!

Im Rahmen der gold member habe ich das spiel wrc 6 fia world Rally championship runterladen und installieren wollen Doch auf einmal sehe ich dass mir 59.99 Euro dafür bei Paypal abgebucht wurden! Wie kann das sein? Das ist in meinen Augen Betrug! Man kann
doch nicht ein Spiel als kostenlos anbieten und dann Geld abkassieren!! Ich bin sehr verärgert. Und wenn man glaubt dass man dann den xbox Support anrufen kann dann hat man sich geschnitten. Die ganze Support Seite verweist nur auf doofe Internet Seiten mit
guten Ratschläge wo man alles hinklicken soll. Aber von Support oder einer Telefon Nummer odet Email Adresse an die man sich wenden kann keine Spur!

Hat noch jemand das Problem? An wen kann ich mich da wenden ?Danke und Gruß Michael W.
