Wierd Xbox 360 errors

Ok so first i get issues connecting to xbox live resulting in formatting the hard drive

then when i play a dvd i get a system update is required to use kinect for a second then i get some xbox 360 features are missing or corrupted a system update is required to fix them the console will now restart so i clear the cache and a few days later
i get the same error again and i dont know how to manually update if there is a update required so then i get buzzing issues on every xbox 360 noise it makes (see other post by me titled xbox 360 sound issues) clearing the cache stopped it

so tonight i turned my xbox on to let my brother watch his dvd this time i got the error 'A required storage device has been removed the console will now restart' which is impossible since my xbox hard drive is soldered onto the motherboard since it is the
4gb version (im planning to get a hard drive soon)

Original Xbox 360 E74 error message- Solution

If your Xbox 360 has failed because of the E74 error, you’ll see the following message on the screen when you turn on your Original Xbox 360 console:

System Error. Contact Xbox Customer Support.
E74

If you see this error message, you must repair your console. The warranty period for the E74 error is three years from the original purchase date of the console. If the warranty period expires, you’ll have to pay for the repair.

 

Lb + RB + X twice on the storage device screen to clear out any corrupted updates and then re-install your dash updates. I'd also try redownloading your profile.

 

unfortunatly that solution does not work
