Wierd issue with xbox 360

i would say the same thing. i did this to mine as it happend to mine.

after i stood it up no problems.

This seemed to be a common issue with the 360 but only ever affected people who had the console stood vertically.

The advice was to always use the console in a horizontal position as that prevented it from happening.

Lb + RB + X twice on the storage device screen to clear out any corrupted updates and then re-install your dash updates. I'd also try redownloading your profile.

unfortunatly that solution does not work

Sorry to hear about the issues you're having. Could you try
clearing your cache three times in succession, then turning your console off and back on? Additionally, can you unplug the power cable to your modem, waiting 15-20 seconds, then plugging it back in? Resetting your modem can usually help.
