Wierd enforcement action

i have been talking to an employee of yours since about 4 about an issue ive had with my console. it seems to be that communication wise i have been console banned when it shouldn't be, one of my accounts does have an active suspension that lasts until
October 12th 2017 however non of the others do. we have tried restarting, resetting, creating new accounts and making the xbox not the home xbox but nothing has changed, apparently this issue is very rare. i cannot communicate on any account that is on the
xbox even if that account can communicate on another xbox. further more i did have a console ban that ended on the 11th of july 2017. so there should be no problem with my console but even the newly created accounts cant join party chat and send messages.

Enforcement action

An email would of been sent to the address linked to the suspended account telling you the reason & the length of the enforcement action or you can check on the enforcement site
https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB where you can also file for a case review if eligible.

The enforcement team do not use the forums so no one here or on phone/chat support can tell you the reason.

 

This is a temporary console ban and it will affect all your accounts. Some Code of Conduct violations that don’t rise to the level of a device ban can instead result in the temporary loss of specific Xbox One or Xbox on Windows device privileges. When this
occurs, the device can still connect to Xbox Live, but certain functionality (such as communications or online multiplayer) will be restricted for a particular duration.

 

Metal is correct. I can confirm the usual duration of this is 60 days
