Mobile hotspot is to see if the ping increases the same as your other internet connection

Another option could try reinstalling the most recent wi-fi driver

Or if you already had the latest version, install the previous one

I'm having the same issue, ping spikes only when gaming. As I noticed, this only happened when I updated my PC to Windows 11. And strangely, the ping reduce whenever I'm on a FB video call.

Thank you for your response, I tried resetting my internet many times, moving my router closer to the PC (I'm upstairs and it's based downstairs). I've even went on youtube videos where I flush my dns often, and they tell me to change a few IPv4 settings

I haven't tried the mobile hotspot, but wouldn't that be ultimately slower?

May I know which troubleshooting steps you have done so far?

Did you try using a other wifi network to see if the issue persists? (You can share mobile data via in-settings Hotspot and connect your PC in that Way)
