WHYYYYYY???!!!

so i was playing ark normal day ark fkn crashed in the middle of a caverun mastercraft armor and that type of **** ya know these things you never find. i coudn´t start ark and i tried restarting my xbox a couple times and then i reinstalled it. sad enough
when i logged on this day there wasn´t even an icon for the game and i coudn't start it. I reinstalled it once again. it says it is this error now ( 0x800705b4 ) and i just cant start other games like battlefield 4 either. halo 5 works fine for some reason
tho. this is really frustrating as i cant play these games that i play on daily basis... please fix this
