    I am wondering if my xbox account evaluation is perma-muted

    and y my xbox account WhyBaker is banned if you do not supply a valid reason i will get me lawyer invovled because this is a hate crime

    I'm sorry to see any issues using your trial code! Sometimes, this is a case of the code only working for specific games. However, if this is the code that came in the console box, then it should be allowing you to use most Gold features (parties, multiplayer,
    but not Games or Deals with Gold).

    If
    downloading your profile     to your console again doesn't work, then you may need to
    contact us via phone and chat support to ensure the code was redeemed on your account. They should be able to troubleshoot further.

    I have the same problem I tried to cancel the restrictions, but got a messeg that the state required these restriction due to his age.

    If it's a dvd I don't think Xbox restrictions are the issue. If it's netflix safety settings that has to be addressed on there site.

    If it's a movie purchased through Xbox it has to be fixed via settings, and family.

    Microsoft has not fully outlined their used game policy for the Xbox One. Personally I would be disappointing if they chose the route you are discussing but I am not going to worry about it until the actual system comes out and we see what the policy is
    or Microsoft announcing their policy fully.
