    I have bought by Visa, then my device turned off and when i turned it on i found a message which said the device got band, and i didnt do any thing wrong. I'm very absent and sad, i want to know what is the reason for the band on my device.?!?!

    Why

    I'm assuming you mean Banned if you purchased this console online with a third party website then it is possible you paid for a console which got banned and there is no way to un-ban the console once it is done.

    if you bought a banned console the only thing you can do is return it and get a different one bans are not reversed even if you are the new owner of the console sorry.

    I have the same problem I tried to cancel the restrictions, but got a messeg that the state required these restriction due to his age.

    If it's a dvd I don't think Xbox restrictions are the issue. If it's netflix safety settings that has to be addressed on there site.

    If it's a movie purchased through Xbox it has to be fixed via settings, and family.

    Microsoft has not fully outlined their used game policy for the Xbox One. Personally I would be disappointing if they chose the route you are discussing but I am not going to worry about it until the actual system comes out and we see what the policy is
    or Microsoft announcing their policy fully.
