WHY YOU NO WORK XBOX?!

hey guys long story short saturday just been xbox says i am connected to web and yet i click lets say friends and it says i need to sign in? i have put my wirless info in so so so many times and also been in touch with microsoft alot and they say it is a
problem at my side?

1) all other online work on says PS and 360 works and all my devices but yet one barely works! iv never had this problem at all!

2) i did that port forwarding stuff in past and worked fine till saturday

what the hell is wrong with xbox im not one for too much tech but i have been with xbox for over 10 years and never had problems untill xbox one

under nat open it says services are unavaible also

Apologies if you've already tried these ....

Have you Power Cycled/Hard Reset the console? ( When the console is on, hold the power button on front of console for about 10 seconds, it will then shut itself down, leave for a few minutes then power it back up ) ..

Have you phoned you broadband provider? I know you said other devices are working but it wouldn't do no harm just to make sure?

Which broadband provider are you with? BT, Virgin, SKY etc ?? Have you checked their own Support Forums just to see if others have experienced the same problems? maybe people have had the same problems with the Modem/Router/Hub you have lets say.

You say you are Wireless, is it possible for you to hook up the Xbox One using a cable to see if that fixes it?

Hopefully other's will have some advice for you as well but I'd definitely try the above first if possible and see how you get on.

Why are you saying "ingame" if you are not on xbox? Account credits don't work on the website. Why are you trying to change your gamertag if you don't even have an xbox?

you can be upset all you want about old tech not working with new tech but most things dont work that way. why not keep your 360 and buy a Xbox One? why must you get rid of your 360?
