    My only question is why when i got on my Xbox did i find my [mod removed] COD MW+ mw2 remastered is no longer bought. and don't give me that [mod removed] that oH is cause u probably refunded it. why cause i personally called u guys when i wanted to u was
    told that i couldn't cause its been to long.

    p.s. the same was said when i tried it through the website.

    p.s.s. you [mos removed] did the same to my old Microsoft account. and when i even messaged u guys proof that it was my account you said that couldn't be true then didn't explain why.

    I'm having trouble understanding the situation. You say the game is "no longer bought," does this mean you no longer own it, or the transaction was reversed? Or you simply can't access the game?

    What exactly seems to be the issue? You tried to get a game refunded, they told you that you couldn't have it refunded, but then you lost access to the title anyway?
