    Why you are loosing me as a Xbox customer


    Dear Xbox,

    I want to start of by saying that I am extremely annoyed by the service I have received since starting to play the Xbox 1. By all means I am a achievement gamer. Since I am in the navy and go on deployments and out to sea a lot. So with these times I
    take my Xbox with me and play games while offline. I would say that I am missing thousands of points off of my gamer score and the only thing I am told is that eventually you will get the points. Eventually???? What does that even mean? Days? Weeks? Months?
    Years? Why oh why are they not coming in? I'm also told, "why don't you unlock them again"! Why in the world would I want to replay a game that took me over 12 hours to beat? I have been a loyal subscriber to Xbox live for 10 years. What does that mean??
    I have spent thousands of dollars on this service that is terrible. What I want to know is how are you going to fix this? How are you going to keep me a customer? Please tell me why I should continue to spend my money on your service versus Sony or Nintendo.
    Please for the love of god tell me how to fix this.

    P.S. Don't offer me money for the store.

    Ill agree, that is unacceptable. Its very annoying when you call to remove your subscription and they just try to sell you more products. I was lucky and decided to turn auto renewal off on the website when it was actually working.

    Unfortunately Microsoft probably wont care about loosing customers as they are a billion dollar company, loosing one customer wont affect them at all. So there is nothing we can do about it, sorry Why you are loosing me as a Xbox customer :(

    There is only a
    limited queue
    for achievements when your Xbox One console is used to unlock achievements offline. Piling up thousands of gamerscore points offline is not likely to sync successfully.

    Since achievements are ultimately logged online, you must connect your console to the internet every once in a while to sync it with your Xbox account.

    It's common greed not sense. You will need to connect to the Internet so they can verify the disk only to be played on one machine. If you play on a second machine then you have to pay again and you loose the data on your other machine. I own 3 xboxes. This

    Yeah, you bought a bunch of Xbox stuff. Big deal. What does that have to do with ELECTRONIC ARTS (not Microsoft, not Sony, not Nintendo) decision to shut down their own servers ON ALL PLATFORMS, NOT JUST XBOX?
