Why xbox support dont do nothing about people harrassing you.

Im being stalked on xbox by same person constantly keep reporting me non stop n getting me banned cux i told him Leave me alone. Contact support didnt do anything at all. He constantly messages me off diffrent acocunt n tell me ill be silent forver. Like cant stream or chat on my xbox 6/ 8 of ban now. To a point ill be banned for a year cuz of him. I blocked as many of the account i could. Reported the mesaages. Had to make social private cuz he mesaaged there as well. Xbox n microsoft dont do anything about that but i get banned. I havent even messaged on xbox and being banned for messaging. Like how. Was already banned n got banned on top of tht. Like sum need be done. As girl gamer they should do more about harassment on xbox. Try do apeals for my bans n they denied all of em.

Exactly as mentioned. Support truly cannot assist with suspensions, since this is dealt directly with the Enfocement team.

If this person keeps sending you messages, you can simply configure your settings to only receive messages from friends, so if you do not add them, they cannot message you. You can also report them without answering. That way, you will not be suspended, and if they say something wrong, they are going to be banned from your report.

So to summarize, change the configuration so only friends contact you, and also report and block this person.

Again, Support cannot assist with Suspensions. If you do not want to be suspended, do not give what these persons want ( a reason to report you ) just block and report and they are going to deal with the situation.

You report block and ignore and set contacts to friends only

Support has nothing to.do with enforcement if you search forums this is stated many times everytime someone doesn't understand anything about the enforcement site

Don't retailiate

Everytime you do you give him something to report and if it breaks the rules you can get punished

How about a player harrassing you on several accounts and when you complain its been a month of harrassment to xbox support they tell you to stop playing the game?

[/quote] I dont have a clue what dexter is, but wasnt trying to offend. I figured you'd want people to stop addressing you as he/him. I dont see any extra harrassment toward any of the other ladies on the forum ..... well at least that they dont intentionally
bring on themselves. But if you'd rather keep it secret, thats cool by me.

Your original post did not ask about a name change. You said people were harrassing you and I tried to help. That is the extent of the issue. If you dont want hate mail report the people sending it. You can also contact youtube and let them know you are
being harrassed through a video on their site, they might offer some assistance as well. You should also remove your email unless you want spam emails as well.
