Why xbox one X does not read any of my 5000 xbox 360 disks ?

OK so I got a xbox one X

I been trying to play xbox 360 games on

But it doesn't install them

No matter what I try ..

I tried inserting the disc

Nothing happens

When I enter a xbox one disc it launches straight away

When I use the xbox app

Click install to console

Nothing happens

When I do this same with a xbox one game

It will install straight away

Yes I already restarted my xbox

I already checked my nat type

I already reset my console

This seems to be a xbox live problem

Or a xbox one X problem

Because my xbox one S reads it straight away

Can you guys fix this problem ?

I haven't been able to play any of my 5000 360 games on my Xbox one X

And it should work with backward thingy

I got all games on disc's and I'm not gonna pay again for a digital copy

So fix it !

Even if my os version doesn't even show in those lists ..

When I look at my console it days

Os version

10.0.220000.1759 (xb_fit_2108co.210816-1740)

So no clue what to do since it doesn't say it on that page

Yes any DVD just plays , but none of my 5000 xbox360 games will load up , it's annoying

How odd mate. There might be some issue indeed with the disc reader of the console, or it might be some os glitch with the one X. What you can do is wait for an official update, or taking it to a repair store just to analyze it.

Offvourse GTA V xboz 360 should play on xbox one , same as acr combat 6 , and final fantasy viii

Most of these games are all playable its just not reading the 360 disc's on the one X

xbox one discs are blue ray that use the blue diode

xbox 360 discs are dvd that use the red diode.

can you insert a dvd film into the xbox and see if it picks it up, if not then the red diode(that reads dvd discs) could have failed.
