Why xbox network isn't available in iran ?

I understand that you wanted to have the Xbox Live network open for Iran however currently Iran is not included in the Xbox Live-supported regions.

Based on what I've gathered, I'm afraid due to politics and sanctions between the USA and Iran until such things are sorted, Microsoft will not have the rights to the intellectual property to sell in Iran. They can be sued by game publishers and movie studios for doing so.

due to sanctions Microsoft are not allowed to provide services in Iran by law. If you want support then you need to speak with your government about coming to some kind of agreement with the US.

Well no-one can support gaming in Iran not just.the sanctions

But.You gotta remember you still need the Iranian government support due to you need a local data Center in the country

Not havin xbox live available in Iran has nothing to do with USA sanctions. It still isn't available to many other countries that have nothing to do with the US. But, this doesn't mean it won't arrive in the future.

As of this time, we do not have the exact information of when will the Xbox Live services be available in your region. You can always check Xbox.com website or this link: https://www.xbox.com/en-US/regions for the availability of the Xbox product and services in every region.

You can also check a similar thread where some of our advisors have shared about the reasons why Xbox Live services in your region are not currently available. I am afraid that it is not only your kids but a lot of children longing to experience the fun in gaming in your region are currently do not have the chance for now due to the reasons provided.
